Working Principle
- Inflow & Distribution: The raw wastewater is pumped into a specially designed distribution tank. It overflows a weir and distributes evenly onto the surface of the rotating filter drum.
- Filtration: As the water passes through the precise gaps of the drum screen, suspended solids are effectively retained on the drum's outer surface.
- Discharge & Cleaning: The drum rotates continuously. A stationary scraper blade securely removes the trapped solid waste from the drum surface, directing it into a collection trough for disposal. A built-in backwash pipe ensures the screen remains unclogged and operates at peak efficiency.
