Designed to efficiently capture solid particles larger than 0.2 mm, wastewater enters the drum through a feed inlet, flows over a distribution weir, and passes onto the inner surface of the rotating drum. Solids are retained on the screen and continuously discharged, while the purified liquid passes seamlessly through the mesh, ensuring optimal protection for downstream biological processes.
