High-Performance Industrial Filter Press
Short Description
The Hydronovus Industrial Filter Press (HLFP Series) is a heavy-duty mechanical separation system engineered to efficiently separate suspended solids from liquids. Operating on an advanced pressure filtration method, our filter presses consistently produce the driest solid cake and the cleanest filtrate when compared to other dewatering equipment. With fully customizable configurations, this system drastically reduces sludge volume and disposal costs for municipal and heavy industrial applications.
⚙️ How It Works: The Pressure Filtration Cycle
Our filter presses utilize a highly efficient, automated pressure filtration method to ensure maximum liquid extraction:
- Fill Cycle: The feed pump pushes the slurry into the filter press, distributing it evenly across the chambers.
- Cake Formation: As the pump builds pressure, solids build up on the filter cloth, forming the filter cake within the void volume of the plate.
- Filtrate Discharge: The clean water (filtrate) passes through the cloth, exits the filter plates through dedicated ports, and discharges out the side of the machine.
- Cake Release: The system builds pressure until the chambers are completely full of solids. Once full, the hydraulic system opens the plates, the dry cakes are released, and the cycle is complete.
🌟 Core Components & Customization
Proper selection of components and ancillary processes (such as precoat, cake wash, and cake squeeze) is critical to the optimal operation of your dewatering system. The Hydronovus Filter Press is built around four main components: the Frame, Filter Plates, Manifold (piping and valves), and the Filter Cloth.
We engineer several distinct machine configurations to match your exact site requirements:
- Machine Types: Fast Open Filter Press, High-Pressure Filter Press, Frame Filter Press, and Membrane Filter Press.
- Advanced Filter Cloths: The cloth is the key to optimizing filtration. We offer dozens of highly durable options, including Multifilament Polypropylene (PP), PP Mono/Multifilament, PP Monofilament, and Fancy Twill Weave cloths.
🚀 Key Engineering Advantages
- Fully Automated Operation: Features high-level automation and intelligent PLC controls, ensuring minimal manual intervention, zero secondary pollution, and highly efficient processing.
- Premium Global Components: Equipped with world-famous brand components in the pneumatic, electrical, and operational subsystems for maximum reliability.
- Advanced Clamping System: Utilizes a high-pressure closing mechanism (hydraulic clamping) to ensure absolute sealing during high-pressure feed cycles.
- Robust & Maintenance-Friendly: The linear structural design ensures high stability under heavy loads while remaining incredibly easy to install and maintain.
