How It Works (Core Principles)
- Gravity Concentration (Gravity Zone): As the spiral blade (screw shaft) rotates, the multiple moving and fixed rings around the shaft shift relative to each other. Free water filters out through the gaps under gravity, achieving rapid concentration.
- Continuous Dewatering (Pressure Zone): The thickened sludge moves forward along the screw. The pitch of the spiral blade gradually decreases towards the discharge end, shrinking the cavity volume. Combined with the resistance from the back pressure plate, the internal pressure increases, continuously squeezing out moisture to produce a high-solid filter cake.
- 100% Self-Cleaning Mechanism: The rotation of the screw continuously drives the moving rings. This constant movement between the fixed and moving rings creates a continuous self-cleaning process, brilliantly avoiding the severe clogging issues common in traditional presses.
